1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products and workshop bookings made through our website.

1.2 By placing an order or booking a workshop through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.3 These Terms apply to consumers. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, or any other applicable UK legislation.

2. Our Products

2.1 Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours and appearance may vary.

2.2 We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions and prices are accurate at the time of publication.

2.3 All products are subject to availability.

2.4 We reserve the right to withdraw products from sale at any time.

2.5 We make every effort to ensure product descriptions are accurate. References to traditional uses of herbs or botanicals are provided for educational or historical purposes only and should not be interpreted as medical claims.

2.6 Products sold through this website, including dried herbs, balms, room sprays and other botanical products, are intended for cosmetic, culinary, atmospheric or educational use only unless expressly stated otherwise.

2.7 Some products may contain plant materials, essential oils, beeswax, nuts or other natural ingredients which may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. Customers are responsible for checking ingredient information before use. Discontinue use immediately if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.

2.8 These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

2.9 Information provided on this website is for educational purposes only and should not be considered medical, herbal or healthcare advice.

2.10 General information provided on this website should not be considered personalised herbal or medical advice. Individual herbal recommendations and bespoke herbal formulations are only provided following a private consultation with Jenny Holcombe, BSc (Hons) Herbal Medicine.

2.11 If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition, please seek advice from your GP or another qualified healthcare professional before using herbs.

2.12 Due to the natural and handmade nature of many of our products, colour, fragrance, texture, appearance and packaging may vary slightly between batches. Such variations do not constitute defects and do not affect the quality or intended purpose of the product.
